wow, haven't blogged 4 quite a while, aye???? URGH. Today was hell. Worked on the stupid IPW project thingy, my group was like ALL BOYS!!!! (WITH ETHAN AND JIAN BIN - HELL, RIGHT?!?!?!?!) well, and Gwyneth who was like, "prefecting" most of the time... dunno lah. anyway, just realised that nafa is tomorrow?!? like, wth!!!!!!!! how was I supposed 2 noe???? I 'm GONNA DIEEEE!~ ANd, the last time I practiced, I practically lost to Ni Ling. AND, I had a freaking stitch. SHITTTTT!!!!!!!!!! I HATE EXCERCISING!!!!! (except for football, netball and benchball.)

OK. yesterday, the injection wasn't so bad!!!! Or was it. Well, anyway, there were like, two. The first one hurt like loads, and but the second 1 wasn't so bad. Actually, the Polio medicine thing was worse than the second jab!!!! Man, that was disgusting. Didn't get the taste outta my mouth till i got water. But there was still a bit of taste. Yeuch!!! Can still remember the taste.
Actually, in the first jab, putting the needle in wasn't painful at all. But when the syringe was pressed down, it felt like the nurse was pulling my veins out. Or blowing me up till I explode. Ouch. But the second one was actually a bit more painful when putting in the needle. Urgh.
Overnight, my second hand got worse. But my right hand is quite okay. But still, painful. :'(

AHHH tomorow got injection!!!! OMG I AM SERIOUSLY GONNA CRY. THE LAST TIME I HAD A JAB WAS IN CHINA AND I CRIED LIKE HELL. But B4 i went 2 China I had to have like, 2 on 1 arm, and another 2 on de other arm. then next week, one on each. then more next and the next!!! still, I cried. AHHHH I'M GONNA SOOO EMBARRASS MYSELF!!!! Oh, I'm so dead. I hope I'll pass out. I hope i won't get a scar. I hope they won't take 2 long. but, anyway, let's freak out again. AHHHH I'M GONNA DIE, I'M GONNA DIE AHHHHH well at least I'm 11th. AHHHH AHHHHH!!!! ahem... ahem... *sore throat...

2 day ran 1.6 (practice) again. oh it was kinda great! did 6 rounds in 9.21 min ... but after that had loads of nausea, headache, dizzyness and shivering. Sounds like sum symtoms of a snake bite from some cobra. But no death (phew).
